Successful trainings focus not only on the intervention itself, but also on implementation planning and post-training model administration. Bridge trainings are engaging, interactive, and comprehensive.
Develop an implementation project plan. Team structure and role definition, workflows, culture change, dashboard planning.
Learn the intervention in detail. The model process, social work skills and psychotherapeutic technique integration, hands-on case examples, all Bridge tools.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the model. Clinical and administrative supervision, continuous quality improvement, dashboards and data, stakeholder communication.
Training is provided via a 1- or 2-day version. Both versions certify trainees in the Bridge Model. If selected, the 2nd day of the training provides significantly more grounding in patient engagement and provides hands-on consultation on implementation and administration.
